As you may know, I have just completed the ITIL intermediate capability and MALC courses. As consumers we often take the time to complain about bad service or dissatisfaction, but seldom take the time to commend good experiences. I've had the good fortune of having Stephnie as a trainer throughout all of the courses I have attended this year. I find Stephnie to be exceptional in every aspect of the training.

I left in such a hurry yesterday after the exam that I did not thank you for doing such a good job in preparing me for the ITIL exam. Thank you :-)... coming back to work today and everyone is congratulating me, it is a really nice feeling to know that i have ITIL foundation complete...

I did not get to thank you for the help and support you displayed during the ITIL classroom course at Atio. Thank you very much and I hope to do the exam soon and follow a path towards more ITIL certifications.

In my position as the National I.T. Manager for NUMSA, I have already begun to implement IT Service Management in my organization in line with the ITIL principles I have learnt and the already enjoying the benefits. As an academic, having attended training and lectures at many institutions I know that a good trainer makes all the difference. Stephnie’s training approach definitely made all the difference for me and I would highly recommend the courses where Stephnie is the trainer. (I am also one of the many people and companies that scheduled my courses around her schedule, as we know that we will receive our training from the best trainer in the industry, with the patience of a saint)
